Spine Surgeon

About the role

Al Emadi Hospital is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Spine Surgeon to join its team. The surgeon will diagnose and treat disorders of the spine, deliver high-quality patient care and show excellent surgical skills.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments to diagnose spinal conditions and develop treatment plans.
• Perform surgical procedures for spinal disorders, including spinal fusion, laminectomy and discectomy.
• Use advanced surgical techniques and state-of-the-art equipment to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and treatment plans.
• Provide pre-operative and post-operative care to patients undergoing spinal surgery.
• Stay up to date with the latest advances in spinal surgery techniques and treatments.
• Maintain accurate medical records and document patient care activities.

Required profile

• Medical degree from a recognized institution.
• Board certification in Orthopaedic Surgery or Neurosurgery.
• Fellowship training in Spine Surgery.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Spine Surgeon.
• Proficiency in diagnostic imaging techniques such as MRI and CT scans.
• Commitment to compassionate patient care.
