Sponsorship Sales Executive (Freelance)

About the role

Coca-Cola Arena is hiring a Sponsorship Sales Executive on a freelancer agreement in Dubai. The role manages the arena's corporate sales, mainly selling partnerships, hospitality suites and premium seating, and promotes the arena brand to potential clients and stakeholders. The position is open to UAE nationals and requires the candidate to hold their own visa or sponsorship.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales of suites, sponsorships, partnerships and premium seats to meet annual business targets.
• Execute sales strategies through prospecting, cold calls, client meetings and proposal coordination.
• Conduct arena site tours and host prospective clients during live events.
• Maintain accurate sales reporting, documentation and administrative records.
• Cultivate client relationships and ensure contractual obligations are met.
• Represent the company professionally, handle client feedback and respect cultural standards.
• Implement quality assurance measures, company policies and legislative requirements.
• Attend event days as directed to manage issues and entertain current or prospective clients.

Required profile

• Degree or certification in Marketing or Business Administration.
• Minimum three years of sponsorship sales experience.
• Previous experience in the UAE, preferably in the event industry.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a plus.
• Own visa or sponsorship, as the role is on a freelancer agreement.

Required skills

• Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.
• IT literate, including the full Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work unsupervised, under pressure and to meet deadlines.
• Stakeholder management and teamwork.
