Sports Activities Supervisor (UAE Nationals)

About the role

Ajman University is seeking male and female UAE nationals to supervise its sports activities. The role ensures safe, well‑organized intramural and competitive events while supporting student athletes.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organise and execute sports try‑outs, training sessions, intramurals and friendly matches.
• Supervise facility usage, monitor safety, and provide emergency care until medical services arrive.
• Assist coaches, track contracts, and evaluate physical, technical and tactical progress of teams.
• Maintain the master calendar of all competitive‑sports events and related meetings.
• Complete paperwork, incident reports and participation statistics accurately.
• Enforce rules on conduct, attire and participation, and ensure a clean, safe environment.

Required profile

• UAE national (male or female) with at least 3 years of experience supervising sports activities.
• Ability to manage risk, handle emergencies and coordinate multiple events simultaneously.
• Basic proficiency in English and Arabic.
