Sports Management IT System Operator - Arabic Speaker

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented System Operator to run our proprietary Sports Management System. The role involves daily operational workflow execution, ensuring data accuracy and supporting the overall sports management process.

Key responsibilities

• Manage operational modules within the Sports Management System platform.
• Create, configure, and maintain tournament schedules, match details, and daily activity logs.
• Perform day‑to‑day data entry, including adding new days and events.
• Extract and export system data for reporting and analysis.
• Monitor system performance and user workflows to ensure seamless operation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot basic system queries and update configurations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3–4 years of experience in IT operations, systems administration, or enterprise ERP environments.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to learn new proprietary software modules quickly.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in handling dynamic system modules and data management.
• Experience with data export and reporting tools.
• Prior experience with sports management systems or similar IT platforms is highly desirable.
