Sprinklr Developer

About the role

We are looking for a Sprinklr Developer to design, configure, and maintain Sprinklr solutions that support engagement, care, and marketing functions. The role will enable seamless, personalized, and data‑driven customer experiences for our clients in the United Arab Emirates.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and optimise Sprinklr modules such as Social Listening and Care to align with digital customer‑experience strategies.
• Develop dynamic workflows, automation rules, and dashboards that improve service quality and customer engagement across multiple channels.
• Integrate Sprinklr with enterprise platforms (CRM, loyalty, analytics, data warehouses) using APIs and connectors.
• Collaborate with Digital, Marketing, Customer Experience, and IT teams to translate business needs into scalable Sprinklr solutions.
• Ensure configurations comply with governance, data‑privacy, and regulatory standards.
• Monitor platform performance, troubleshoot incidents, and liaise with Sprinklr support.
• Provide training, documentation, and best‑practice guidance to business users for effective adoption.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Marketing Technology or a related field.
• 2–5 years of hands‑on experience configuring and developing in Sprinklr.
• Proven experience with SprinklrAI+, dynamic workflows, SmartFAQs, and zero‑shot model setup.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and stakeholder‑management skills.
