Sr. Director, EMEA Power Product Management

About the role

Vertiv is hiring a Senior Director for EMEA Power Product Management in Dubai. The role owns the regional product portfolio strategy for the Power Business Unit across eight product lines, including large converters, low and medium voltage, energy storage, switchgear, power software and controls, power switching and distribution and busbars. It is the region's main interface with the global business units and is accountable for turning EMEA market needs into funded global roadmap commitments. The portfolio is worth about $1 billion and the mandate is to double the business within three years.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the shift from a reactive, single-digit-growth model to one supporting 30-40% growth driven by hyperscale and AI factory demand, and act as a strategic partner to global R&D and GBU leadership.
• Define the EMEA Power product vision and multi-year strategy, and build and lead a team of Product Line Managers.
• Represent EMEA in global product steering forums and secure GBU prioritization and funding for regional requirements.
• Own end-to-end product lifecycle management and lead product introduction programs, working with Technical Sales, presales and application engineering.
• Shape supply chain, manufacturing footprint, quality and lead time, and oversee ETO and CTO processes.
• Own the Power product P&L, market share, AOP, price gain, inventory and ITO performance, and set regional pricing policy.
• Gather Voice of Customer, define go-to-market approaches and track regulatory and grid-code developments.
