Sr. Manager - Agency & Large Customer Ad Partnerships

About the role

Talabat, part of the Delivery Hero Group, is looking for a Senior Manager - Agency & Large Customer Partnerships in Dubai. The role builds and scales agency partnerships across Talabat's new demand channels, working with endemic and non-endemic advertisers (agency selling, off-site ads, DSPs, etc.). It delivers a customised commercial strategy to grow ad investment, acting as a thought leader who balances strategic guidance with tactical execution.

Key responsibilities

• Expand ad monetisation beyond on-platform products by opening new demand channels (agencies, DSPs, etc.) on and off the app, for food and non-food, and pilot, validate and scale them
• Own Ads revenue from these channels: set account-level strategies, budgets and targets, and track monthly and quarterly delivery
• Define, for each account, how much to invest across channels and products, and how budgets shift with seasons and campaigns
• Design custom packages and negotiate with partners, coordinating with Commercial, Finance, Legal and Billing
• Share account-specific feedback on pricing, targeting and reporting with Product teams and push for prioritisation based on revenue impact

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, economics or a related field
• 10+ years of total experience, with 5+ years in advertising sales in an e-commerce company preferred
• 5+ years leading direct teams
• Experience using data and analytics to drive sales strategy in an advertising business
• Experience collaborating with Product teams and building C-level sales and strategic partnerships
