Sr. Research & Studies Officer

About the role

The Senior Research & Studies Officer will lead the planning, design, execution and communication of research projects that support the organization’s strategic objectives. This role works closely with the Development Department to ensure research outputs drive policy, projects and international collaborations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage research projects from concept through delivery, including methodology design and result activation.
• Identify new research opportunities, policy initiatives and potential international partnerships.
• Lead the production of research reports, concept notes and analytical documents.
• Develop and apply appropriate research methodologies, evaluation strategies and tools.
• Oversee project alignment with organizational goals and monitor team performance in collaboration with the Director.
• Perform additional duties as required to support the Development Department and broader organization.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Relations or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant research experience.
• UAE nationality.
