Sr. Specialist Retail Media Billing & Operations

About the role

The Senior Specialist will own the end‑to‑end process of retail media billing and operations, ensuring accurate booking, invoicing and financial reconciliation for partners and suppliers. You will act as the main point of contact for billing inquiries and support the finance team in delivering timely, error‑free financial data.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, sort and verify incoming media bookings, ensuring partner and supplier information is complete.
• Track and match booking orders to media activations, maintaining up‑to‑date documentation.
• Create and issue insertion orders, share them with campaign teams, and collect invoices from finance.
• Review invoices for accuracy before sending to partners, and resolve any billing discrepancies.
• Prepare monthly invoicing status reports and support payment collection from suppliers.
• Perform financial forecasting, reconciliation and support Salesforce/CRM tool projects.

Required profile

• 3–4 years of experience managing digital media payments, preferably in an agency environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to meet deadlines and manage workload efficiently.
• Proactive problem‑solver who can work autonomously and collaborate across large, multi‑market teams.
• Detail‑oriented with excellent organizational abilities and a focus on data accuracy.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel and Google Sheets for data tracking and reporting.
• Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Ability to implement AI‑driven workflows to improve daily efficiency.
