About the role
The role involves managing and monitoring staff data, headcount, and deployment across projects and contracts, as well as handling large volumes of payroll and staffing data.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and monitor staff data, headcount, and deployment across projects and contracts.
- Handle large volumes of payroll and staffing data and identify discrepancies.
- Verify new hiring requirements, deployment plans, timelines, and actual deployment against approved requirements.
- Analyze data, identify trends and variations, and provide insights for better planning and decision‑making.
- Prepare regular reports on staff strength, deployment, and payroll data.
- Extract and analyze data from ERP systems and coordinate with Finance, HR, Payroll, and Operations teams.
Required profile
- Experience in payroll management, staff data management, or manpower reporting.
- Ability to handle and analyze large volumes of data accurately.
- Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and good coordination skills.
