About the role
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our Operation Theatre team in Ajman. The role involves delivering high‑quality patient care throughout the pre‑operative, intra‑operative, and post‑operative phases while adhering to clinical standards and safety protocols.
Key responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to patients before, during, and after surgery.
- Assist the surgical team in maintaining a sterile environment and proper instrument handling.
- Monitor vital signs and patient status throughout procedures.
- Ensure compliance with infection‑control measures and safety guidelines.
- Document patient information, nursing interventions, and outcomes accurately.
Required profile
- Registered Nurse with an associate‑level qualification.
- Experience or training in operation theatre (OT) or surgical nursing.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
