About the role

Legora is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to lead the delivery of high‑impact features and build scalable systems for its AI‑native legal workspace. In this senior position you will own technical solutions from design through production, collaborating closely with product, engineering, and other cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Architect, design, and ship new features with a focus on speed, quality, and reliability.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to translate business needs and product ideas into robust technical solutions.
• Lead engineers through the full software development lifecycle—from ideation and scoping to development, release, and ongoing optimization.
