About the role

AQUA ONE STEEL & ALUMINUM is seeking an experienced Stainless Steel Welder cum Fabricator to join its team in Ajman. The successful candidate will independently execute fabrication projects from drawings to finished product, ensuring high‑quality finishes for architectural and decorative stainless‑steel items.

Key responsibilities

• Cut, bend, fit and fabricate stainless‑steel components according to detailed drawings and site requirements.
• Perform TIG welding on SS304, SS316/316L with clean, consistent welds free of defects such as porosity or distortion.
• Grind, polish, brush and finish welded pieces to achieve brushed, satin or polished appearances while maintaining grain direction.
• Read and interpret fabrication drawings, dimensions and measurements to produce accurate, square and aligned products.
• Fabricate a variety of items including kitchen tables, exhaust hoods, façade details, pool ladders, decorative trims and access covers.

Required profile

• Strong practical experience in stainless‑steel welding and fabrication.
• Ability to work independently and meet project timelines without compromising quality.
• Attention to detail for high‑standard architectural finishes.
• Good knowledge of stainless‑steel grades, especially SS304 and SS316/316L.
