About the role
We are partnering with a leading AI lab to train its language model on professional fundraising documents. As a Startup Fundraising Advisor you will create, evaluate, and refine AI‑generated pitch decks, data‑room indexes, investor update memos, cap‑table summaries, term‑sheet summaries, and LP reports.
Key responsibilities
- Produce and review AI‑generated fundraising documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks.
- Ensure accuracy of cap‑table mechanics, term‑sheet structuring, and LP reporting standards.
Required profile
- 5+ years of direct experience building pitch decks, data‑room indexes, or investor update memos for startups, venture funds, or LP‑facing platforms.
- Fluency in cap‑table mechanics, term‑sheet structuring, and institutional investor reporting expectations.
