About the role

The Steakhouse Commis 2 will join the culinary team at JW Marriott Marquis Hotel Dubai, supporting the preparation and service of high‑quality steakhouse dishes. This full‑time, onsite position offers a dynamic environment within a 5‑star hotel setting.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in food preparation, cooking, chopping, portioning and storing food for the steakhouse.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workstations.
• Support senior chefs during service periods and ensure timely delivery of dishes.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 months of experience in food preparation or a similar culinary role.
• No specific formal qualifications required.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑standards hospitality environment.
