About the role
The Steward will provide courteous, professional, and efficient service in line with Rixos Hotels standards, supporting the Food & Beverage division and other hotel areas as needed.
Key responsibilities
- Perform opening and closing procedures for assigned areas and ensure cleanliness and organization.
- Wash dishes, pots, pans and kitchen utensils according to performance standards.
- Monitor supplies, reduce spoilage and waste, and assist with inventory counts.
- Handle guest and employee inquiries courteously and report unresolved issues to supervisors.
- Participate in staff meetings, trainings and contribute to a teamwork environment.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior stewarding experience preferred.
- Physical stamina, reliability and attention to cleanliness.
- Ability to follow instructions and adapt to rotating duties.
