About the role

We are looking for a Steward to join our kitchen team at Radisson Hotel Group in the United Arab Emirates. The Steward supports the culinary team by ensuring all dishware and kitchen equipment are clean, ready and well‑maintained, helping us deliver memorable guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

Maintain a steady supply of clean dishes, glassware, silverware and pots for the kitchen and all hotel outlets.
Keep the kitchen environment clean and organized according to health and safety standards.
Complete work projects and tasks assigned by the Senior Manager.

Required profile

Positive attitude with excellent organisational skills.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to take initiative.
Passion for delivering high‑quality customer care.
