Stewarding Supervisor – Hospitality Operations

Exceptional hospitality begins with immaculate kitchens and dining areas. As a Stewarding Supervisor at Conrad Dubai, you will lead the team that keeps all culinary and service spaces clean, organized, and ready for every guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with Culinary and Food & Beverage teams to ensure clean, polished equipment is available when needed.
• Oversee cleaning, storage, and distribution of china, glassware, silverware, and stewarding equipment.
• Supervise cleaning and sanitising of kitchens and back‑of‑house areas, adhering to Hilton HACCP procedures and local health regulations.
• Monitor dishwashing machines and other stewarding equipment, ensuring proper use, routine maintenance, and timely reporting of repairs.
• Track stock, breakages, and supply usage to control costs while maintaining quality.
• Assign daily duties, train, coach, and recognise team members to build a dependable workforce.
• Promote safe working practices and respond promptly to hygiene or safety concerns.
