Exceptional hospitality starts with you. As a Stewarding Supervisor at The Mangroves Abu Dhabi, you will lead a team that ensures the hotel’s physical plant, mechanical and safety systems operate flawlessly, delivering memorable experiences for every guest.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, recruit, train and mentor a high‑performing stewarding team, conduct performance reviews and recognise achievements.
• Assist the Chief Engineer in daily maintenance operations, prioritize tasks, and verify completion through the property maintenance management system.
• Oversee the upkeep of building, mechanical, electrical, HVAC and life‑safety systems, coordinating inspections and ensuring compliance with local regulations.
• Monitor departmental KPIs such as equipment upkeep, audit results and team productivity, and implement improvements as needed.
• Supervise external contractors, inspect their work for quality and compliance, and support energy‑efficiency initiatives across the property.
