Stewarding Team Leader

About the role

Join Radisson Damac Hills Dubai as a Stewarding Team Leader, overseeing daily stewarding operations to ensure a clean and safe environment for kitchen and F&B teams.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily stewarding activities, maintaining hygiene across kitchens, dishwashing areas, and back‑of‑house spaces.
• Ensure availability of clean crockery, cutlery, glassware and kitchen equipment for all outlets.
• Monitor dishwashing machines, equipment handling and maintenance.
• Enforce hotel hygiene, food safety, health and safety standards.
• Control inventory, report breakages and shortages, and manage waste segregation.
• Coordinate with kitchen and F&B teams for smooth operations and special events.

Required profile

• Minimum 1–2 years experience in hotel stewarding or similar hospitality role.
• Previous team‑leader experience preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced hotel environment.
• Physically fit and flexible to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Required skills

• Knowledge of kitchen hygiene, sanitation and food safety standards.
• Familiarity with dishwashing machines, cleaning equipment and chemical handling.
• Good leadership, communication and organisational abilities.
