Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the stewarding team to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Coordinate cleaning, sanitisation, and maintenance of kitchen equipment, utensils, and food‑preparation areas.
• Monitor and manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring availability and proper usage.
• Train and onboard new stewards on hygiene protocols, safety procedures, and departmental standards.
• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Handle day‑to‑day operational issues proactively and maintain high standards of cleanliness.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in stewarding or a related role within a luxury hotel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong understanding of health and safety regulations and kitchen hygiene standards.
• Meticulous attention to detail and ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Proven organisational and leadership abilities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Hands‑on, can‑do attitude with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Required skills

• Knowledge of health and safety regulations applicable to kitchen and stewarding areas.
• Familiarity with hygiene and sanitation standards for food‑preparation environments.
• Experience in inventory management of cleaning supplies and equipment.

What we offer

• Fixed monthly salary of AED 1,400.
