Stock Runner – UAE National (Dubai)

About the role

We are seeking a reliable, energetic and detail‑oriented UAE National to join our Operations team as a Stock Runner. In this role you will ensure products move efficiently between stockrooms, fulfilment areas, stores and other operational locations while maintaining accuracy, speed and high standards of service. You will work closely with warehouse, fulfilment, retail and customer experience teams in a fast‑paced luxury e‑commerce environment.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, move and deliver products between stockrooms, fulfilment areas, retail locations and designated operational points.
• Support the accurate and timely picking, packing and dispatching of customer orders.
• Assist with receiving, checking, labelling and storing incoming stock.
• Verify product details, quantities, labels and order information before transferring stock.
• Support stock counts, cycle counts and inventory checks to maintain accurate records.
• Maintain clean, organised and safe stockrooms and operational areas.
• Use handheld devices and inventory systems to update stock movements accurately.

Required profile

• UAE National (Emirati) with eligibility to work in the UAE.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to check product and order information accurately.
• Physically able to stand, walk and move products for extended periods, and lift stock safely.
• Reliable, punctual and committed to following operational procedures.
• Clear communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
