Store Auditor

About the role

Azizi Developments, a leading UAE-based private real estate developer, is seeking a Store Auditor with a driving licence to supervise store activities and manage material inventory.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily store activities and monitor store assistants.
• Manage material ordering and ensure timely, job‑wise material issuance.
• Maintain accurate daily stock records, tracking material receipts, consumption, and balances.
• Monitor material consumption against project requirements and work progress.
• Verify and follow up on Local Purchase Orders (LPOs) with suppliers.
• Prepare monthly inventory and material consumption reports in the company’s prescribed format.
• Coordinate with management on stock levels, material requirements, discrepancies, and store operations.

Required profile

• Previous experience in store auditing, inventory control, or storekeeping within a construction or contracting company.
• Good knowledge of construction materials, stock management, and material consumption tracking.
• Strong organizational, coordination, and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with site teams, suppliers, store assistants, and management.
