Store Director

About the role

As the Store Director you will be accountable for meeting sales and service targets, maintaining best practices and continuously improving store operations to deliver an excellent experience for customers and team members.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a professional store team to achieve company goals and improve individual objectives.
• Collaborate with training teams to build a gold‑standard team and set weekly/monthly objectives.
• Ensure all employees present professionally, deliver the highest level of customer service and maximise sales.
• Recruit qualified professionals and continuously raise the bar by networking for top talent.
• Own the store P&L, manage budgets for salary, expenses and inventory.
• Maintain attractive merchandise displays in line with visual guidelines.
• Uphold store standards and operations according to company policies.
• Work with support departments and HR to align resources, policies and development planning.

Required profile

• Exceptional customer service and clienteling skills.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience leading a high‑volume store or multi‑unit operation with 50+ staff.
• Strong leadership ability to coach, motivate and develop teams.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
