About the role
We are seeking an experienced Store Keeper to join our catering operations in Dubai. The role focuses on managing raw material inventories, ensuring proper storage, and supporting kitchen and procurement teams.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and issue Local Purchase Orders (LPOs).
- Receive, store, and release raw materials following FIFO principles.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform data entry.
- Monitor stock levels, conduct regular counts, and ensure proper storage conditions.
- Coordinate with kitchen and procurement teams to guarantee material availability.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of store‑keeping experience, preferably in catering or food‑service environments.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management and FIFO procedures.
- Excellent record‑keeping and organizational abilities.
- Currently residing in the UAE and available to join immediately.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
