Store Keeper – Manufacturing Warehouse

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Store Keeper to join our manufacturing operations in Fujairah. You will manage the receipt, storage, and distribution of raw materials, work‑in‑progress, and finished goods, ensuring smooth production flow and inventory accuracy.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials for accuracy and quality.
• Maintain inventory records using manual logs and ERP/inventory software.
• Organise and label storage areas, applying FIFO/FEFO stock rotation.
• Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts to resolve discrepancies.
• Issue materials to production lines based on work orders and schedules.
• Prepare documentation for material transfers, returns, and disposals.
• Collaborate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely material availability.
• Monitor stock levels and alert management of low or excess inventory.
• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and warehouse standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; logistics or inventory certification is a plus.
• Minimum 2 years experience in a warehouse or store‑keeping role within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Ability to lift up to 25 kg and stand for extended periods.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends if required.

Required skills

• Proficiency with inventory management systems (ERP).
• Basic computer skills, including MS Office.
• Understanding of FIFO stock rotation practices.
