About the role

Join Al Tayer Insignia, a leading luxury retail partner, as the Store Manager for Vuori at Mall of the Emirates. You will lead a passionate team, drive revenue growth, and uphold the brand’s premium image in a dynamic market.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop the store team to achieve high revenue while maintaining brand standards and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure visual merchandising complies with brand guidelines and store cleanliness standards.
• Monitor sales per square foot, analyse stock data, and implement actions to maximise productivity.
• Drive sales performance, identify commercial opportunities, and meet or exceed sales targets.
• Minimise stock loss by enforcing ATG policies and conducting regular stock takes.
• Uphold health and safety standards and ensure compliance with all company policies.

Required profile

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 5–7 years of experience successfully running a profitable retail store.
• Proven leadership and coaching abilities to develop team members for higher‑level roles.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to analyse performance data and act on insights.
