Store Manager - Travel Retail / Luxury

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our travel retail and luxury store in Dubai. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, driving sales, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all daily store activities to ensure efficient business operations.
• Lead, coach, and motivate the store team to meet sales and service targets.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment.
• Resolve customer concerns and uphold high service standards.
• Track sales performance, prepare reports, and implement improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety regulations, and operational standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in retail or store management.
• Experience in luxury, travel or airport retail is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Good understanding of sales, inventory control, merchandising and store operations.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with retail point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
