About the role

The Retail Banking Executive – Multiproduct delivers accurate and timely support for customer acquisition and banking sales within Retail Banking Sales. The role contributes to sustainable growth through needs‑based solutions and disciplined sales execution by applying banking knowledge, sound judgement and a customer‑focused approach.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality customer acquisition, needs analysis and suitable product solutions.
• Maintain strong governance and compliance with conduct, suitability, KYC, documentation and sales governance standards.
• Plan and execute customer acquisition, needs analysis and suitable product solutions in line with agreed priorities and service expectations.
• Review information to ensure outputs are accurate, complete and fit for purpose.
• Resolve issues promptly and escalate material exceptions through approved channels.
• Maintain clear records and timely updates on progress, risks and outcomes.
• Apply conduct, suitability, KYC, documentation and sales governance standards consistently across assigned activities.
• Identify control gaps or unusual activity and support corrective action.
• Maintain audit‑ready evidence and support reviews.
• Improve service quality, efficiency and stakeholder outcomes while strengthening collaboration across business and control functions.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer acquisition and banking sales within banking or financial services.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Banking or a related field; banking or professional certification preferred.
• Experience with regulated operations, stakeholder management and relevant banking systems.
• Ongoing professional development in banking regulation, risk management and digital ways of working.
