Store Supervisor – NARS Boutique (The Galleria, Abu Dhabi)

About the role

As a Store Supervisor for the NARS boutique at The Galleria Al Maryah Island, you will lead daily store operations, drive sales performance and ensure an exceptional client experience. You will coach and engage a team of beauty advisors, uphold NARS brand standards and manage inventory, visual merchandising and customer service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead by example and represent NARS values and brand standards in all interactions.
• Drive sales performance through coaching, engagement and selling techniques.
• Manage team scheduling, performance, engagement and daily floor coverage.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships, including VIP client management.
• Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, store presentation, grooming and stock replenishment.
• Stay informed on products, beauty trends and competitor activity, sharing insights with stakeholders.
• Manage inventory, stock movements and audit preparation in line with company procedures.
• Ensure compliance with retail, safety, security, HR and operational standards.
• Execute store events, projects and clienteling activities to drive engagement and sales.

Required profile

• Fluency in English and Arabic.
• Previous experience in a Store Supervisor or similar team‑leadership role.
• Strong makeup application skills and a passion for beauty.
• Excellent communication, customer service and team‑leadership abilities.
