About the role
The Store Supervisor will support sales performance and develop the store sales team while ensuring high operational, commercial and customer service standards.
Key responsibilities
- Support delivery of annual sales targets and maintain proper staff coverage.
- Conduct store operation audits to ensure compliance with SOPs.
- Oversee after‑sales processes, repairs and returns, and ensure accurate promotions and pricing.
- Generate and analyse sales reports, manage inventory movements and cash handling.
- Maintain store appearance, visual merchandising standards and loss‑prevention measures.
- Direct the team to follow SOPs and, when needed, perform cashier duties.
Required profile
- Define goals and KPIs for team members and implement performance management.
- Provide guidance, mentoring and coaching to develop talent.
- Foster a feedback‑driven culture, identifying development needs and coaching employees.
