Senior Onboarding Associate

About the role

Deliveroo's Commercial team is looking for a Senior Onboarding Associate to join its UAE team. You will guide new restaurant, ODC and retail partners from sign-up to launch, coordinating each onboarding step, keeping partners informed and helping them go live smoothly and on time. The role sits within the Middle East Partner Onboarding team, with most support delivered through non-live channels.

Key responsibilities

• Own the onboarding journey for new restaurant, ODC and retail partners, from signed agreement through to launch.
• Complete partner admin setup and coordinate menu or catalogue creation, following up on missing information.
• Coordinate tablet delivery, installation and partner training with internal teams and partner contacts.
• Support partners with admin, menu and catalogue questions via the channel that suits them best.
• Investigate complex onboarding issues, coordinate resolutions and keep partners and stakeholders updated until resolved.
• Work with Sales and Menu teams on questions about newly signed partners, missing content and setup requirements.
• Maintain accurate onboarding trackers, hand over live partners to the assigned NPX or Account Manager and share best practices across the UAE and Kuwait.

Required profile

• Ability to manage partner onboarding or operational workflows independently and take ownership through to completion.
• Strong organisation and prioritisation, able to handle multiple partners at different stages.
• Service-focused and solution-oriented approach to partner questions, blockers and escalations.
• Attention to detail when reviewing partner information and updating systems, menus, catalogues and trackers.
• Clear written and verbal communication, adapting channel and detail to each partner.
• Confidence working with Sales, Menu, Operations and account management teams across markets.

Required skills

• Ability to learn and use CRM, knowledge-base and telephony tools; previous experience is helpful but not essential.
