Store Supervisor – Tory Burch (Mall of the Emirates)

About the role

The Store Supervisor will support the Tory Burch store at Mall of the Emirates, driving sales, building VIP relationships and ensuring brand standards are met.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the store action plan to meet sales targets and KPIs.
• Manage the customer database, develop VIP relationships and generate future selling opportunities.
• Lead, coach and develop the team, fostering a positive work environment and tracking performance plans.
• Promote an omnichannel mindset, leveraging both physical and digital touchpoints.
• Ensure operational excellence, including SOP compliance, e‑commerce order processing and visual merchandising.

Required profile

• Prior experience as a Store Supervisor or Store Leader in fashion retail.
• Strong talent management and team development skills.
• Deep knowledge of fashion trends, runways and the regional market.
• Professional, friendly and people‑driven attitude.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM and customer database management.
• Ability to analyse sales data and conduct SWOT analyses.
• Familiarity with retail technology tools (clienteling apps, OMS, WhatsApp Business).
