Stranding Machine Operator

About the role

UAEDUCAB Metal Business is hiring an experienced Stranding Machine Operator for its manufacturing team in the UAE. The role covers setting up, running and monitoring stranding machines to meet production targets and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, operate and monitor stranding machines to meet production targets and quality standards.
• Monitor machine parameters and ensure smooth, efficient operation.
• Perform routine quality checks and identify production deviations.
• Carry out basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Follow safety procedures, SOPs and 5S practices.
• Maintain accurate production and quality records.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of relevant industrial machinery experience, preferably in the cable industry.
• Hands-on experience operating stranding machines is mandatory; candidates without it will not be considered.
• Good knowledge of stranding machine setup, operation and quality control.
• Relevant technical qualification or equivalent practical experience.
• Candidates based in the UAE are preferred; immediate joiners or those with a maximum 1-month notice period are preferred.
