Strategic Designer

About the role

We are looking for a creative Strategic Designer who can think across multiple media platforms and own the design process from concept to production. The ideal candidate thrives both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Key responsibilities

• Visualise and frame content for briefings, research updates and project developments in an engaging way.
• Design materials in various formats such as presentation decks, posters and worksheets, using tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Sketch and develop wireframes and user flows for digital experiences.
• Lead design‑oriented tracks under the guidance of the Narrative & Design Strategy Advisor.
• Create workshop and session materials for internal projects.
• Gather inspiration, conduct design research and share emerging tools and approaches.
• Iteratively develop work in collaboration with team members.

Required profile

• Experience working on projects in the UAE and an understanding of the local culture.
• Flexibility across design formats (presentations, branding, films, books, websites, spaces, etc.).
• Background in strategic design methodologies or a strong desire to develop them.
• Collaborative mindset using tools such as Miro or Figma.
• Bachelor’s degree in design or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
