Strategic Finance Manager – High‑Growth FinTech

About the role

Stake is seeking a Strategic Finance Manager to own planning, forecasting and performance insight across its UAE and KSA operations. You will partner directly with founders, the executive team and department heads to turn data into strategic decisions that drive growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the annual budget, rolling forecast and long‑range planning process, consolidating data across markets and products.
• Build and maintain core financial models covering revenue, GMV/AUM, unit economics, headcount, OPEX, cash flow and runway.
• Run scenario and sensitivity analyses to support market expansion, capital allocation and fundraising.
• Own monthly KPI reporting, performance commentary and MD&A for senior leadership.
• Partner with founders and senior leaders to evaluate business cases, pricing, promotions and new product initiatives.
• Develop and automate recurring financial and KPI reporting using the FP&A platform Abacum.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, investment banking, PE/VC or management consulting, preferably in a high‑growth startup.
• Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related field; professional certifications (CFA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA) are a plus.
• Strong commercial judgement and ability to present insights to senior leadership and board‑level stakeholders.
• Experience in fintech, proptech, real‑estate or asset‑management environments.
