Strategic Marcom Manager – Emerging & Expansion Geographies

About the role

The Strategic Marcom Manager will lead content strategy for new programs, technologies and product launches across the Emerging & Expansion Geographies. You will craft compelling messaging for Delivery Service Partners (DSPs) in the Middle East, Africa and Asia‑Pacific, driving engagement and growth for Amazon’s last‑mile network.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a multi‑channel content strategy for new program, technology and product launches, including written communications, executive messaging, infographics and video.
• Translate complex messaging into simple, easy‑to‑understand content and interview DSPs to build advocacy and testimonial stories.
• Identify emerging topics, create proactive communication plans with stakeholders, and monitor and measure communication effectiveness.

Required profile

• Strong communicator and marketer with strategic business and analytics acumen.
• Excellent writing ability and high judgment in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments.
• Commitment to the highest standards for DSP‑facing communications and content.
• Ability to earn trust across cross‑functional partners and act as a thought leader with high emotional intelligence.
• Bias for action and a passion for storytelling that captures innovative DSP experiences.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (data manipulation, macros, charts, pivot tables).
• Tableau for data analysis and visualization.
• Experience building and optimizing multiple simultaneous marketing campaigns.
• Delivery of paid media campaigns across TV, print, digital and social channels.
• Creation of visual assets for digital, mobile and social platforms.
