Strategic Sourcing and Tender Manager (Russian Language)

About the role

AM.PM is looking for a Strategic Sourcing and Tender Manager who is fluent in Russian to lead its purchasing and supply‑chain initiatives. The role focuses on developing supplier strategies, managing tender processes, and ensuring optimal procurement performance for luxury bathroom products.

Key responsibilities

• Develop supplier strategies, including selection criteria, cost optimisation and market analysis.
• Organise and conduct tender processes, preparing documentation, evaluating proposals and recommending suppliers.
• Manage the supplier database, source new suppliers, maintain records and conduct annual performance evaluations.
• Lead negotiations and support contract preparation, review and execution.
• Monitor supplier performance dashboards, analyse key metrics and prepare reports with recommendations.
• Handle supplier claims by documenting non‑compliance, preparing claims and supporting dispute resolution.

Required profile

• Proven experience in procurement, supplier sourcing and tender management from the buyer’s side.
• Direct procurement experience for products intended for resale in a trading or distribution business.
• Fluency in English and Russian (written and spoken).
• Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Proactive mindset with excellent organisational and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large data volumes.
