Strategic Sourcing & Tender Manager (Russian Language)

About the role

AM.PM is a premium bathroom product manufacturer based in Dubai, looking for a Strategic Sourcing and Tender Manager who is fluent in Russian. The role supports the Purchasing and Supply Chain team in driving supplier selection, tender processes and cost optimisation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop supplier strategies, including selection criteria, cost optimisation and market analysis.
• Organise and conduct tender processes, preparing documentation, evaluating proposals and recommending suppliers.
• Manage the supplier database, source new suppliers, maintain records and conduct annual performance evaluations.
• Lead negotiations and support contract preparation, review and execution.
• Monitor supplier performance dashboards, analyse key metrics and prepare reports with recommendations.
• Handle supplier claims by documenting non‑compliance, preparing claims and supporting dispute resolution.

Required profile

• Proven experience in procurement, supplier sourcing and tender management from the buyer’s side.
• Direct procurement experience for products intended for resale in a trading or distribution business.
• Fluency in English and Russian (written and spoken).
• Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Proactive mindset with excellent organisational, problem‑solving and analytical skills, capable of handling large data volumes.
