Strategic Tokenization Origination Partner

About the role

Fundshing is expanding its international network and is looking for a Strategic Tokenization Origination Partner. In this senior‑level position you will identify high‑quality tokenization opportunities, build relationships with key stakeholders, and guide projects through the full tokenization lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Identify companies, assets, projects and investment opportunities that could benefit from tokenization.
• Build and nurture relationships with founders, CEOs, asset owners, developers, investors and senior decision‑makers.
• Qualify serious opportunities and bring them into the Fundshing ecosystem.
• Shape the commercial direction of each opportunity and remain a trusted partner throughout the transaction.
• Coordinate with Fundshing’s legal, regulatory, financial, compliance, custody and distribution partners to execute deals.
• Develop a long‑term pipeline of tokenization transactions within your sector or geography.

Required profile

• Strong professional network in sectors such as agriculture, finance, natural resources, renewable energy, technology, real estate, logistics, manufacturing or other asset‑rich industries.
• Deep understanding of market financing needs, asset ownership structures and liquidity requirements.
• Proven ability to open doors, influence senior stakeholders and drive deal origination.
• Experience working with investors, advisors and industry professionals on innovative financing solutions.
