Strategy Implementation Manager

About the role

The Manager of the Strategy Execution Support Department oversees the implementation of strategic initiatives across the organization. This role ensures that strategic goals are tightly aligned with operational execution, driving efficiency and effectiveness. The manager works closely with cross‑functional teams to monitor progress, resolve challenges, and embed a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, launch and monitor strategic initiatives to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
• Lead cross‑functional teams in executing strategic projects, managing resources, timelines and budgets.
• Identify risks, devise mitigation plans and report status to senior leadership.
• Design and maintain tools, frameworks and performance metrics for tracking execution.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to align priorities and drive collaboration.
• Mentor team members and promote best practices for strategy execution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in strategy execution or project management, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Professional certification such as PMP is preferred.
• Proven ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously and influence senior leadership.
