Strategy & Management Consultant – Remote

About the role

This remote, hourly‑contract position is aimed at experienced management consultants who will apply their expertise to advanced AI research and evaluation projects. You will assess how AI models tackle complex business problems and help improve their reasoning and decision‑making capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate AI‑generated responses to business‑strategy and consulting‑style scenarios.
• Develop high‑quality prompts, model answers, case studies and detailed feedback.
• Apply structured consulting frameworks to judge analytical depth and problem‑solving approaches.
• Identify gaps, assumptions, inconsistencies, and weaknesses in AI‑produced analyses.
• Provide clear, evidence‑based feedback to enhance AI model performance.
• Collaborate with project teams as evaluation guidelines evolve.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of professional experience at a top management‑consulting firm (e.g., McKinsey, Bain, BCG, Strategy&, L.E.K., Oliver Wyman) within the past 7 years.
• Strong expertise in business strategy, structured problem‑solving and business analysis.
• Excellent market‑research, financial‑analysis and strategic‑decision‑making abilities.
• Outstanding business writing and communication skills in English.
• Undergraduate degree from a top‑ranked university.
