About the role

We are looking for a thinker‑builder to take on high‑impact, often ambiguous projects within Alaan’s Operations organization. This strategic generalist role blends big‑picture thinking with meticulous execution.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and execute cross‑functional projects that drive growth and operational efficiency.
• Transform ambiguous problems into clear plans, workstreams, owners, timelines, and measurable outcomes.
• Identify operational bottlenecks, uncover root causes, and design scalable solutions.
• Partner with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Growth teams to launch company‑wide initiatives.
• Conduct analysis and research to bring data‑driven clarity to complex business challenges.
• Act as a go‑to problem‑solver, quickly learning unfamiliar areas and delivering results.
• Build systems, dashboards, SOPs, and operating rhythms that enhance the Operations organization’s effectiveness.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience, ideally at a top consulting firm (McKinsey, BCG, Bain) or a tier‑1 startup.
• Strong structured problem‑solving ability, turning ambiguity into actionable plans.
• High ownership and bias for action, driving solutions from idea to completion.
• Curious, first‑principles thinker with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Comfortable thriving in a fast‑paced, high‑ambiguity environment.
• Self‑sufficient with large data sets using SQL; familiarity with BI tools is a plus.
