Strategy Senior Consultant – Emirati Talent (Dubai)

About the role

EY-Parthenon is seeking an Emirati senior consultant to join its Strategy practice in Dubai, focusing on Government, Energy and Sustainability projects across the MENA region.

Key responsibilities

• Lead work streams on long‑term strategy roadmaps, market entry, growth, and digital transformation projects for corporate, government and sovereign wealth fund clients.
• Collaborate with senior team members to define engagement scope, deliverables and client objectives, often presenting to C‑suite executives.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of consulting or strategy experience, preferably in Government, Energy (Oil & Gas, Power, New Energies) or Sustainability sectors.
• Bachelor’s degree from a top university; MBA or master’s from a leading business school is a plus.

Required skills

• Ability to analyse market data, macro‑economic trends and competitive landscapes to develop actionable strategies.
• Fluent in English and Arabic in a professional environment; willingness to travel 25‑50% across MENA.
