Strategy & Transactions Manager – Financial Services (Dubai)

About the role

EY is seeking a Manager/Senior Manager to join its Valuation and Modelling practice, focusing on the Financial Services sector in Dubai. The role involves supporting clients across banking, insurance and asset management with strategic analysis and transaction execution.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and review deliverables such as Excel data books, written reports and client presentations.
• Support clients in defining strategic objectives, performing market assessments, valuation, feasibility studies and financial reporting.
• Identify opportunities to sell additional EY services and contribute to business development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting or business.
• 7‑12 years of experience in business valuation, financial modelling and financial services analysis.
• Strong understanding of financial‑services balance sheets, IFRS fair‑value standards and capital allocation.

Required skills

• Advanced financial modelling and Excel proficiency.
• Expertise in valuation methodologies, market sizing and feasibility analysis.
