Structural Steel Engineer

About the role
The role supports the design and detailing of steel structures under senior guidance, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant codes. The engineer will collaborate with internal teams and external consultants to deliver reliable design solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Perform steel member and connection design, preparing calculations and technical notes.
- Support detailing and drawing preparation, coordinating with fabrication and detailing teams.
- Assist senior engineers in design reviews and ensure design deliverables meet quality standards.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering (Master’s preferred).
- 5–7 years of experience in structural steel design, industrialized construction systems, and parametric modeling.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of regional languages is a plus.
Required skills
- Proficiency with ETABS, SAFE, STAAD.Pro.
- Knowledge of ASCE, ACI, AISC, and EN design codes.
- Understanding of steel system basics and RC/PT system basics.
