Student Enrolment Associate

About the role

Canadian University Dubai is looking for a motivated, people-focused Student Enrolment Associate to join its Student Recruitment Department. This is a sales-oriented, front-line role where you are the first point of contact for prospective students and their families, managing the university's main enquiry channels, qualifying and nurturing leads, and guiding them toward campus visits, consultations, applications and registration.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inbound calls, WhatsApp messages, emails and missed calls, using approved sales talk-tracks and templates
• Qualify leads by intent, urgency, decision-maker involvement and readiness, nurture them and support progression to paid applications
• Warm leads for the School of Communication & Creative Industries and support applicants for the School of Management
• Invite prospects to open days, campus visits, webinars and faculty sessions, confirm attendance and follow up after events
• Support accepted and paid students through registration with payment reminders, document follow-up and account guidance
• Provide cross-school support during peak periods and maintain accurate, up-to-date CRM records

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 1-2 years' experience in sales, customer service, call centre, admissions or a similar customer-facing role, ideally in education
• Excellent English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage
• Strong organisation and results-driven mindset

Required skills

• MS Office proficiency
• Confidence in learning new systems
• Desirable: CRM or student pipeline tools, knowledge of UAE higher education admissions, event support experience
