About the role
Visioneers is looking for a Studio Operator to run its video production studio smoothly. The role covers setting up, maintaining and operating studio equipment during filming sessions so that high-quality content can be produced. The operator works closely with the production, videography and technical teams.
Key responsibilities
- Set up, test and operate studio cameras, lighting, audio and recording equipment before and during shoots
- Monitor and troubleshoot technical issues with studio hardware and software
- Assist directors, videographers and producers with their technical needs
- Maintain and organise equipment, keeping it stored and serviced regularly
- Manage live streaming or broadcast setups as needed
- Follow safety protocols in the studio and coordinate with post-production teams for content handover
Required profile
- Proven experience as a studio technician or operator in video production
- Strong knowledge of studio video production equipment (cameras, lighting rigs, audio systems)
- Familiarity with video capture and recording technologies
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues quickly, work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Good organisation, attention to detail, communication and teamwork skills
