Subject Matter Expert – Rotating Equipment

About the role

AVEVA is seeking a Subject Matter Expert in Rotating Equipment to lead the deployment and sustainment of its Predictive Analytics and Asset Performance Management solutions across the Middle East. The role bridges deep engineering knowledge of compressors, pumps, turbines and motors with advanced predictive maintenance techniques to drive measurable reliability and financial benefits for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end deployment and operationalisation of AVEVA predictive analytics solutions for rotating equipment.
• Interpret, validate and sustain AI‑generated model outputs, turning insights into actionable maintenance strategies.
• Collaborate with customer operations, maintenance, reliability, inspection and digital teams throughout the solution lifecycle.
• Monitor solution performance, optimise models and ensure continuous value realisation.
• Provide technical advisory on condition monitoring, predictive maintenance and reliability engineering.

Required profile

• Extensive engineering experience with rotating equipment such as compressors, pumps, turbines and motors.
• Proven background in condition monitoring, predictive maintenance and reliability engineering.
• Ability to translate complex AI insights into practical operational actions.
• Strong communication skills for interfacing with multidisciplinary customer teams.
