Summer Internship - Corporate Finance, Dubai

About the role

FTI Consulting's Corporate Finance & Restructuring practice, based in Dubai, delivers restructuring, valuations and tax advisory solutions to banks, private equity, sovereign wealth and corporate clients. As a summer intern you will join one of the practices (Restructuring, Valuations or Tax Advisory) in a fast-paced learning environment, supported by a performance coach and a buddy.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation of new business proposals
• Carry out research and analysis to support client engagements and internal projects
• Summarize key information and perform analytical reviews
• Attend internal and external meetings and draft clear, concise meeting minutes
• Prepare data books and financial models using Excel, and analyze financial and operational data with the team
• Help prepare client reports and deliverables using PowerPoint
• Take part in internal training sessions and complete relevant eLearning modules

Required profile

• Penultimate-year university student graduating in 2028
• Available for a 10-week internship from 14 June to 20 August 2027
• Interest in Restructuring, Valuations or Tax Advisory
• Good understanding of financial statements and accounting principles

Preferred skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Clear verbal and written communication
• Ability to work independently and in a team, and to think on your feet under pressure
